Counseling Service Content
Personal consultation and counselingservices are provided through face-to-face meetings or phone calls to assistemployees in facing and resolving issues arising from personal, family, orwork-related challenges. This also helps companies create a healthy andefficient work atmosphere. The service areas include:
- Emotional distress
- Work-life balance
- Work-related stress
- Interpersonal relationships in the workplace
- Career development direction
- Preparation for promotion, job change, resignation, and retirement
- Counselors can provide referrals to ensure employees in need receive appropriate professional or clinical services promptly.
Application Process for Counseling Services
Direct Application:
Employees can directly call or email to schedule a consultation appointment.
Company Referral:
Companies may choose to refer employees in need through the HR department for access to services.
