Employment Program for Seniors

Objectives

To provide employment counseling an don-the-job support services specifically for individuals aged 55 and above who are seeking employment. Once registered, counselors will assist in finding various full-time or part-time job opportunities.

Service Format

Offering a one-stop employment counseling service, including:

• Personal employment counseling
• Job matching
• Group workshops
• Post-employment follow-up services to enhance employment opportunities.

Workshops on retirement and career planning will be provided for elder groups to assist older individuals in planning for the future.

• Hong Kong residents aged 55 or above with employment needs
• Elderly service groups/institutions
