The "Cookie Factory" program, funded by the Social Welfare Department's Partnership Fund for the Disadvantaged, is being implemented by the Hong Kong Employment Development Service from July 2022 to June 2024. This program aims to help adolescents with special learning needs and their caregivers enhance their self-confidence and improve communication and collaboration skills through activities such as baking skills training, physical and mental wellness training, elderly visits, and community sharing.
