The Hong Kong Employment Development Service (EDS) is a non-governmental organization established under Section 88 of the Non-Profit and Inland Revenue Ordinance. We are dedicated to providing professional employment counseling and training services to disadvantaged job seekers.

‍EDS extended its services for disadvantaged group of job seekers , such as youth with special educational need, middle-aged, new arrivals, single parents, ethnic minorities, unemployed persons receiving CSSA, elderlies etc.,
