The "Hong Kong Employment Development Service Grace Elderly Care Service" is an accredited provider under the Elderly Community Care Voucher Scheme, dedicated to offering quality day centre and home care services for the elderly. Our professional team includes nurses, physiotherapists, occupational therapists, social workers, traditional Chinese medicine practitioners, and massage therapists. Through interdisciplinary collaboration, we provide appropriate care and rehabilitation programs to improve the physical function of the elderly, enabling them to enjoy a healthy life encompassing physical,mental, social, and spiritual well-being.

Day care centre and/or home care services and/or rental of assistive technology products.

(Azure Elderly Care provides 88 places and officially opened for service in late July 2013. Located in Lai Yiu Estate, it is a long-term rental property under the Housing Authority. The facility is designed as a "person-centreed care new concept" for a new generation of elderly hotel-style apartments.)

Monday to Saturday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM

Target Audience:

Individuals assessed under the Social Welfare Department's unified assessment mechanism as having moderate to severe physical impairment, currently awaiting funding for long-term care services.
Elderly individuals who are eligible for funded community care services and/or residential care services but have not yet received any residential care or funded community care services.

Value-added Services:

Traditional Chinese medicine and massage services, extended care, and respite care services.

The "Hong Kong Employment Development Service Grace Elderly Care Service"day care centre is located in Lai Yiu Estate, Kwai Chung, in a tranquil and serene environment, with dedicated transport for elderly clients to and from the centre. Seniors can flexibly choose the days they wish to use the services and, if needed, can also access home care services at other times to achieve the goal of "aging in place."
