Talent Network

Established in 2009, the Talent Network is a social enterprise project operated by the Coalition Social Enterprise. It primarily provides organizations with regular or temporary staffing solutions,including:

• Store operations and inventory management
• Folding clothes in laundry facilities
• Regular testing of medical equipment
• Data entry
• Flyer distribution
• Charity sales and promotions
• Clerical support
• Packing and other services

Service Recipients Include:

• Social welfare organizations
• Charitable groups
• Private hospitals
• Commercial enterprises

The Talent Network has employed dozens of staff, most of whom come from disadvantaged backgrounds, including:

• Single-parent families
• Low-income families
• New arrivals in Hong Kong
• Individuals with intellectual disabilities
• Individuals in mental recovery
• Persons with disabilities
• Low-skilled individuals
• Middle-aged individuals
