Qualification Framework Courses

The Education Bureau of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region Government implements a qualification structure aimed at promoting continuing education and encouraging lifelong learning to enhance the competitiveness of the Hong Kong working population. The qualification structure is a seven-level qualification system. All qualifications approved by the qualification structure have passed a strict quality assurance system and have been uploaded to the qualification registerwww.hkqr.gov.hk. The Department's operating qualification certification course has passed the Hong Kong Academic and Vocational Qualifications Assessment Council review and is a continuing education fund refundable course.
